Greenburger's is a labor of love from husband and wife team, Matthew Nudelman and Stefanie Greenberg Nudelman. As a chef and businesswoman, respectively, the two have been planning this restaurant for more than 2 years, although both have dreamed of this opportunity since childhood.

The menu draws inspiration from Matt's home town of Buffalo, NY, as well as other regional favorites. Greenburger’s uses sustainably sourced, local products to create classic American fare, done Matt’s way. Matt has worked in San Francisco kitchens for the last 13 years, but Greenburger's is finally a place he can call his own.

Stefanie's specialty is her creative spark and small business know-how. At 18 years old she started her own successful jewelry and accessory business. She designed the entire Greenburger's space, which features memorabilia and photos from both the Nudelman and Greenberg families.
